Power of revocation

- Customers have a lawful right of revocation.
You can revoke the contract within one month without giving reasons in written form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by returning the product. The period of notice starts at the earliest by receiving this advice. The period of notice is ensured by duly posting the revocation or the product. The revocation has to be sent to:

Consequences of revocation

In case of an effective revokation both parties have to return the received product as well as the compensation for capitalized use (e. g. interest) if need be. If the received product cannot be returned or only partly or only in a bad state, the customer has to compensate Arollo for the loss. This doesn’t apply for the handover of products if the impairment of the product has been caused exclusively by its inspection – like it would have been possible in a shop. You can avoid the compensation by not using the product as your property and refraining from anything that could reduce the value.
Products that can be sent as a parcel have to be sent back by the customer. Products that cannot be sent as a parcel will be picked up at the customer. The customer will have to pay the postage if the delivered product corresponds to the ordered product and if the price of the product doesn’t exceed 40 €. The same goes for products priced over 40 € if by the time of revocation full or partial payment hasn’t been made. In all other cases the return of the product remains free of charge.
The obligation of returning payments must be fulfilled within 30 days after posting the revokation.
